That awkward moment when Colin Kaepernick has been inept for 2 weeks and Alex Smith Is 3-0.

Oops.
Alex Smith is 3-0 thanks to the Chiefs defense and him not making mistakes. He's still nothing more than a game manager. You'd be stupid to take him over Kaepernick. And Jim Harbaugh isn't stupid.

My team sucks.

The offense looked good on that last drive and the defense made plays when needed to get the W. I'm not used to this.

The Colts beat The 49ers convincingly.

On a serious note, that's how you know a squad has elite coaching because The Colts' D is filled with nobodies.

And The Falcons drop a loss to The Dolphins? :lmao:

Harbaugh's ego in the Alex / Kaepernick situation finally came back to bite him in the ass.

Awwww to be blinded by flashy rushing and fantasy football #'s.

Giants: 0-3
Steelers: probably going to be 0-3
Falcons: 1-2
49ers: 1-2
Redskins: 0-3

Dolphin's 3-0
Titans 2-1
Jets: about to be 2-1

wtf this season

Kaep has been inept for 2 weeks. While I can understand Seattle, Indy isnt an elite D.

Make all the excuses for Alex that you want, he's 3-0 coming off a sting of like what, 19-7 the 2 seasons before that? KC isnt the elite team that San Fran was.

3-0 Dolphins vs. 3-0 Saints on Monday Night Football next week. You're welcome, ESPN.

Haven't heard Dolphins Stadium that loud in years. Almost sounded like the insanely loud Orange Bowl (wasn't alive for it, but it was pretty notorious, just youtube Dolphins-Bears 1985). Imagine if the seats were closer (currently the furthest away from the field thanks to the s**tty Marlins who aren't even there anymore)

Rams sucked it up, can't wait for Sports Radio to make excuses.

Thanks! We needed this win to salvage the season. Rivera dug this team into a hole and now he has to dig it out. The Giants' D is pretty good, and for Cam to throw three touchdowns and rush for another one was incredible to watch.

Oh, I saw Brady abuse the copycat-lite version of Legion of Boom.

That win didn't just save our season, it also gave them confidence moving forward. We have 4 winnable games coming up. The only thing that scares me is November.

Dolphins 3-0. What the hell? Next you'll tell me the Marlins aren't owned by Loria.

I honestly want to say this was a season-altering win but Rivera has reverted back to his spineless, incompetent self before. Shula finally let Cam loose but will he let Cam be Cam after the Bye Week again, or will the game manager return?

I gotta say, Ginn has been a consistent deep threat for us so far, and he's starting to develop chemistry with Newton. We might have something here. However, it wouldn't hurt for us to talk to Chud and Lombardi regarding Josh Gordon. I'm thinking Jon Beason or a 4th round/6th round pick for him.

On that note, our front seven proved again why it should be feared. Eli didn't have time to throw at all. Our rookies (the UDFA ones) also played great today. Lester and White were very good in coverage.

You are blowing my mind. Silence your blasphemy. Please.

Seriously. This hate over mobile QBs is absurd. Kaepernick is 10x the passer that Alex Smith is overall.

It's not hate for mobile QB's.

It's the reality that Kaepernick has led a completely inept and incompetent offense for 2 straight games. Kaepernick has yet to beat the Seattle Seahawks, who are the 49ers biggest rivals right now, and with all due respect to the Colts who are a good team, they don't have an elite defense and they made Kaepernick look like an absolute joke.

He is seriously regressing, and he is unable to make anything happen. This "playmaker" has been responsible for 6 turnovers in the last 2 games, meanwhile the offense has put up a combined 10 points in the same timespan. The 49ers are already 2 back to the Seahawks, who also currently own the tie breaker, and it's only week 3.

The league has caught up to the read-option, and now Colin Kaepernick can't function. Until the final few minutes when things finally snowballed, the defense had held Indy to 13 points, and Colin STILL couldn't get anything going. The defense also held Seattle as low as 12 points for a good chunk of last week's game, and Kaepernick was unable to get anything going. The defense isn't the problem here. It's Kaepernick's inability to apparently beat anyone other than Green Bay.
