    I had heard somewhere that the only foreigners showing up will be the athletes, coaches and broadcasters.

    Yup...foreign audience will be off-limits.
    Only athletes and staffs involved will be attending.
    The local audience is also limited to only max.40-50% capacity for each sport events.

    On other news...I heard a lot of NBA stars like KD, James Harden, Damian Lillard, Jayson Tatum will be participating.

    At first I am recluctant to watch any events live nor I have no plan to go near Tokyo (when the event starts) but considering both KD and Harden will be playing, I might plan to go watch basketball games live. :D

    Hope I can get KD's signing on my newly bought Nets #7 jersey. Hehe.

    Delta variant has a 25% chance against the vaccine. Still, should have been mandatory, but it probably wouldn't have stopped an outbreak eventually occurring. This whole thing is such a bad idea. Especially with how many people are in and around the village, who aren't even athletes.

    Apparently two of the athletes who tested positive were fully vaccinated. They are getting screwed over by others stupidity. I hope it doesn't happen, but I expect a lot of athletes to get it.

    This is the third dismissal/quitting that the Japanese organizers have had. So, they are going to review the opening ceremony a day before it starts.
