21 people suffer serious burns walking over hot coals at Tony Robbins event

I don't know what the people who walked across the coals were expecting to happen...

You can walk across coals without getting burned, it has to do with sweat and the relatively low heat of coals and how fast you walk.

It's pretty easy to do it wrong and hurt yourself, though.

Stupidity at it's finest.

Skin and heat do not mix.

Well, you know, walking on hot coals isn't necessarily a new concept or anything. This seems more like an isolated fail than anything else.
