I would no sooner tell Wal-Mart they had to stock morning-after pills than I would tell a doctor he has to perform abortions if he morally objects to the procedure. Wal-Mart is still a conservative company, and I have a feeling that their unofficial reason for not stocking morning-after pills is a moral one.

That's exactly what these ladies are saying: I want you to provide me with a way out for my actions, and I'm going to sue you to make you comply. 3. I'm neither a pharmacist nor a physician, but if I were, I would have nothing to do with abortion. And, I would surrender my license to practice rather than take part in killing another human. Whether a human is a single cell (after fertilization) or 50 trillion cells (as says one estimate of the average number of cells in an adult), it's still a human.

A zygote and a fetus represent a human being at a particular stage of development, just like infant, toddler, child, adolescent, and adult. Given proper nourishment and good health, a single cell (zygote) will develop into an adult. Given proper nourishment and good health, a sperm cell will never be anything but a single sperm cell, and an egg cell will never be anything but a single egg cell.

This is really stupid. Can't they just go somewhere else to get it? GameStop doesn't carry some games that only came out a year ago and Target doesn't carry a lot of new ones, but am I sueing them because of it? No, I just look elsewhere. It may be about Walmart being pro-life, but if that's the case, why are they shopping there?

If you people really wanted to protect fetuses from being aborted you would support the government forcing Wal Mart to carry morning after pills. The corporation certainly wont go bankrupt and our citizens will be taken care of!

Wal Mart just wants teenagers to get pregnant so they can spend their whole life working at Wal Mart making minimum wage to support their kid, with no benefits!

You do know that everything in their store is made by slaves in China right? But I guess the southern red states with their pick up guns, shotguns, and confederate flags know a thing or two about that, don't they?

Wal Mart is given the opportunity to make billions in America because our country is a good place to live. They should be forced to give something back in return to help keep it that way!

So an egg is in need of a sperm in order to become a human, just like an embryo is in need of nourishment to become a human? An embryo is the building blocks of a human. It's what we came from and it's what fetuses are made out of, but it's not a human.

You know what a human is? My 7 year old diabetic sister in need of a cure from embryonic stem cell research. There is no debate about whether she's a human. She can tell you straight up "it hurts when I take shots." You think she enjoys shaking uncontrollably in the middle of the night when her sugar gets low? That's a human being! It's ridiculous to say that you care more about the rights of a microscopic clump of DNA than you do of an actual human being!

I think that it is dumb of the girls to sue Wal-mart for them being irresponsible. I don't see how the morning after pill is any different than any other form of birth control though. (such as a conom etc...) I guess if you don't want to "kill" things that could potentially be a baby, then we should take condoms off the market, and get guys to stop having wet dreams. Oh wait, God made it so we have wet dreams. Lets all sue God now for killing our babies. :whatever: :xmen:
