Guest Stars: Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling has been cast as the new gossip columnist at the "Daily Planet" -- and she just so happens to have the ability to turn herself into water.

"It'll be our first episode back in January, and she'll be kind of our villain of the week," he reveals. "She'll be exposing the very big secrets that will be driving the second half of the season, and I can't tell you any of them. Zero."

Considering the ep that follows (Justice) has AquaDude, I'm wondering if there's a connection?

Freak of the Week....not Villian of the week.

and I was right...they are ripping off of Hydro-man. :O

AquaBro is gonna swim in Tori Spelling?

One thing I look forward to is how the special effects they use look. I always look forward to seeing how they do effects on this show, since they are VERY well done for a tv budget.

And I'll also look forward to it since I'm pretty sure Hydro-Man won't appear in any of the Spiderman movies.:csad:

Its HydroWoman, not HydroMan. You silly.... :p

I remember a hydroperson from Captain Planet, but I cant remember how it worked.

The only part that's kinda annoying aside from the FOTW formula is Tori Spelling...now if she isn't the classic case of nepotism than I don't know what is.

Plus she's not attractive...imo

All I've got to say, as someone who is planning a Spider-Man:The Series (inspired by Smallville) to get on air, it's great that they are harnessing these effects for the small screen- makes my job easier. Lol. So, can't wait to see what we can do with these effects today and where they might go in the future- water being one of the hardest effects to make (water and fire).

Tom Welling To Direct "Hydro?"
POSTED 10-15-06

Last season, Tom Welling directed the episode "Fragile." Now, in season six, it sounds like his next episode may be shooting soon.

We're hearing reports - though no official confirmation - that Tom will be directing the season's tenth episode, which is called "Hydro." It'll be the first episode to air when the show returns in January, and Tori Spelling will be guest starring.

Thanks, kalkai!

I'm glad Tom will be directing an episode so soon! He did a wonderful work in "Fragile"

No they aren't!

I thought I'd read somewhere he was set to direct the 16th episode.

I'll have to remember where I read that, I guess things can change but I'm glad he's returning to the director's chair.

I think Rosenbaum is doing episode 15 or 16, I dont believe I ever saw it mentioned what episode Tom would be doing. But DeKnight says they're shooting episode 10 now.

It was in an interview with one of the new guest stars, I don't remember which one (I mean AA or JH)...

I shoulda remarked on it at the time so I could look it up.

I was wrong, it wasn't an interview with one of the new co-stars, it was one with Tom:

Welling says he's excited about this season's development of the Justice League and Clark's coming more to terms with his destiny. And he's looking forward to his second stint at directing (his debut aired in April 2006) episode 16 of the new season.

Found it.

:D

This might be worthy of a TW.org post.

;)

That's just what I thought. Although they said she has the power to turn into water....so that's a bit different, even if it is lame....I just want to see Clark get some glasses and start to have feelings for Lois.
