Source Code scribe Ben Ripley has a new project in the works called 7th Day.

Dino De Laurentiis Co. has enlisted Shane Abbess to direct.

A sci-fi thriller, 7th Day is described by producer Martha De Laurentiis as The Shining set on board a spaceship.

The story takes place on board a ship that's on a voyage to start a new colony in outer space, says Variety.
