Oh my god... this was brought to my attetion...

Perhaps it is the first noticed sign of human evolution. Perhaps what the X-Men is based on... Is true. Whats going on, please discuss.

A buff super-baby is a sure sign of the apocalypse. :(

Bring on the X-Men!

I'll find that child and raise it like my own son. And then, I will conquer the world!

No, no, he's mine!!!

Oh, yes. He's the missing ingredient in my world domination. Oh. I must get to him before anyone else.

*takes off*

I'll unofficially adopt him and raise him to be my Prime Megazord Superman.

Too bad for you I already live in the same city as the baby. You'll never reach him in time. The Earth is mine to conquer. This child is the key to fulfilling my destiny!

Here is a thought. What kind of other probable human mutations can you think of? Perhaps a faster processing rate to the brain allowing someone to have super human reflexes. Or perhaps the body generates an overly unsafe amout of BTU causing a probable electric shock at the simple touch of their figner. Perhaps the ability to control every muscle at a whim to change the structure of you face and other parts as a kind of "shape shifter" to alter ones appearance?

This story is about 2 years old, so the kid is about 9 now. It'd be great if there was some follow-up to see how the kid was doing.

He's doing great.

I am cloning an army from him even as we speak. In SHH hair shaving fashion they will be called "The boys with brazils:eek:".

Bring on the X-Men!
Pair him with the 3 armed kid and that's a good start.

I'd wonder if the kid is going to have heart problems in the future.

I certainly hope not.

I want to see him set some strength records.

It depends on how his myocardia is affected, if his respiritory and vascular systems function in a normal way despite his increased muscularity. Good thinking Leto. I suspect he might.

Yuck. I remembering reading about this when it first came out. I thought we might be devolving. You know who also have super "human" strenght? ****ing gorillas.

This really isn't that weird, guys, or at least not as rare or new a phenomenon as you'd expect. This kinda mutation has always happened, it's just now that cameras are pointed to every little corner of the globe reporting about it.

Darwinism in action, the three armed baby can masterbate and surf porn, it is the future.
