Homecoming A Spider-Man Tv Series to tie in with The Amazing Spider-Man 3

Since it seems there's a lot of stuff happening in this franchise why not make a Spider-Man TV series which takes place between The Amazing Soider-Man 2 and 3 that way if they want to use the sinister six in 3 they can introduce the villians in the TV series and that way it would be eaisier to tell a story without stuffing too much stuff in the next movie and the episodes can be 40 minutes long

A live-action series? I can not see it happening, despite being interesting if the episodes are more focused on the story than on special effects. But it is not what the studio wants, right? And why the cast would agree to do a TV series? Andrew Garfield already need to interpret Spider in cinema until 2020, poor boy.

The day that they finally manage to pull off a Spider-man live action TV series (which probably isn't anytime soon), i'd prefer that it not be tied to the Webb or Raimi universe. The new medium would give them a good opportunity to start fresh with Spidey and flesh out Peter and his supporting characters better.
