A year or 2 later... Shocker Toys indie figs finally come out

there not actually that bad.. took them long enough though. to bad these wont sell well and it will all be for nothing though . And what's with the weird "Creatures" they come with?

Never read The Maxx comic series or watch the animated TV show? They are the hench things of the villian.

The Maxx looks like it might be fun to have, the Tick too. I hope you don't have to buy a butt load of figures from the line to get Aurther.

From the look of the first series. You buy a bigger main character (Maxx and Tick who cost a dollar more than the other 5) and the other 5 come with asccories associated with said figure. Look at the packed pics of Scud and Katchoo they all say "Maxx series" on them, and come Isz imps.

Still Canada will more than likely be left out of the mail away. Shocker seems to be far too small time to get that right.

He doesn't support Shocker Toys.

They have a notorious reputation for being complete pricks to customers and collectors. They say they're going to release something, and never do. They show prototypes of figures that look like a blind guy's custom work. The president is an absolute nut case. So on and so forth.

They had a representative that came on here on day plugging these things....hell it was over a year ago.....long damn time ago.

And we asked him so decent, real, logical questions about the quality and whatnot....we weren't trashing him. And he was a ****ing prick.

edit: after reading that, wow Rough, that was harsh dude. Although, not unjustified. Shocker Toys did come off a prick and this is from someone with no prior knowledge of their product or reputation.

and even those promo pics of Scud were from exactly a year ago. It took them a year to make 5 or 6 figures? Not a great way to prove yourselves Shocker Toys.
