That's what I like about this show it could last for such a long time with no short of ideas because the amount of source material is so rich. I can't wait to see how they translate some of these things to the small screen.Ok, I just did some digging and you're right - not only did they clearly reference a non-Grimm fairytale in the pilot (Pinnochio), but Jack and the Beanstalk, which I thought was from the Brothers Grimm actually was not. And I really think that's what that ogre was from. So I guess any classic children's tale is possible. Frankly, that opens up almost too many possibilities to even speculate on...but what the heck - Brainstorm time!
Famous Grimm fairy tales that are pretty much guaranteed (including the ones already used):
Snow White
Rapunzel
Cinderella
The Princess and the Frog
Sleeping Beauty
Rumpelstiltskin
Hansel and Gretel
Little Red Riding Hood
Other famous children's tales to look out for:
Pinnocchio (obviously already in)
Alice in Wonderland
Jack and the Beanstalk
The Little Mermaid
The Ugly Duckling
The Three Little Pigs (hey, it was a Disney cartoon, so it's possible!)
Thumbelina
Beauty & The Beast
Peter Pan
Robin Hood
Tom Thumb
The Snow Queen
I didn't bother with Aesop's fables because they seem more like morality tales than fairy tales, but ya never know.
Also, I don't know how they'd include Alice in Wonderland without creating a THIRD universe to keep up with. Overall, I think we'll be seeing mostly Grimm stuff at first, tbh, with the occasional non-Grimm character thrown into a minor role (like Geppetto).
I'm pretty sure she's already "returned." I think that prophecy was just referring to her coming to that town and returning to her family (even if Snow White doesn't know it and Emma doesn't believe it yet) to save them all (which is of course gonna take a while).I liked the first two episodes. But is there going to be a lot of filler until Emma returns to the fairy tale world ? She is already 28 so return

That would be lame. Surely when the towns people start remembering who they are they would want to find a way to go back (home)
So you're saying that pretty much the entire show will be filler, then. Clearly, the big endgame is to get everyone back to their fairy tale world, which will be one of the last things for it to do when it ends. You can't expect that to happen right away.

Did ANYONE record the first two episodes?
Working sunday evenings I miss this show and the library here I can't hear the shows that are on-line
Can you download them to a device? Because they are on iTunes.Did ANYONE record the first two episodes?

Goddamn. Little Red Riding Hood is a bit of a skank, isn't she?![]()
This show is a bit too adult for the kiddies but just right for the guys as long as they keep dressing Red Riding Hood in outfits like this.
