If men could be impregnated, there would be drive thru abortion clinics. Hell, you could probably get one in a phone booth.

Bottom line..........possesion is 9/10th's of the law.....unless you're a pregnant American (or Saudi Arabian) woman

Well, it's actually pretty valid. If you disagree with abortions, is that in general, or is there a bit of wiggle room? Do rape victims get the opportunity? To me, forcing them to have the baby almost seems like punishment for being raped.

I really have no problem with first trimester rape baby abortions.

First off there is a clear scientific, medical, and everything intelligent difference between an embryo, fetus, or child. You can't fit a child on a slide to look at with a microscope.

Second off I hate polls like this, that don't give you enough options. Maybe I'm pro choice during the first three months and after that it should be illegal. Why not give that option?

Here's my opinion on abortion because I don't think it's a simple yes or no.

If the baby is a result of two people being negligent, then have it and give it up for adoption providing that it is unwanted. Believe me, there are more than enough couples who cannot have children out there who will be happy to take care of and love your "stupid mistake."

I see abortion as a viable option when the mother is threatened by the fetus or the mother is raped. I am a male and cannot speak for women, but I would certainly never expect a woman to carry a rapist's child to term. Some women do, and I applaud them for it. But I wouldn't deny a woman an abortion is she desired it after having that happen.

Of course, some of the above can be taken care of with the "morning after" pill; they give it out with rape kits, if I'm not mistaken. But strict anti-abortionists want to do away with that as well. Abortion isn't the black and white issue that it is made out to be.
