I was originally going to get it for less that $15. But then Amazon canceled my order after they realised the book went from #400,000+ to #1 within a day.

Does anyone have it? Is it worth the price, $75 ($49 or so, on Amazon)?
I know there are 64 new pages, not as many as Kingdom Come (116 or so)
Can anyone tell me exactly how many pages of what is in the extra pages?
Like how many pages of deleted scenes there are, or how many character design pages or how many pages of explanations about the story there are?

I am considering getting it, but I am still not sure.
