Ace of Clubs: The Offical Smallville Lounge Thread- Part 2

Decided to start up new lounge thread since we are about to hit the post cap shortly. Post away guys.

We are only a couple of weeks away until the final run of episodes start, and then that's it. Its pretty sad considering all the time each of us have invested into this show.

I know that Smallville fans on this forum are small in numbers, let's face it we are a small but awesome little group. I was hoping we could all get back into our old/ favorite avatars from the show, but I think some of those old threads are lost, really show our support.

Most of you have had the same avvy, while others of us have changed ours. I honestly can't figure out where to find my first one at.

So, what do you think? Anyone want to bring back some old ones? Make new ones?

Kinda sad to see the end of the show, but I was hoping for a large dose of Superman before he disappears. Two hours or less is slightly disappointing, but what's done is done! I've enjoyed a lot of what the show had in it!

Ya its going to suck when sv is over. Not to many others shows on now I like. But it will be nice not have to worry if I am free or not to see episodes lol.

When SV is over, I will watch Nikita, Wonder Woman (if it gets a series), Young Justice, Transformers Prime, TNA Impact, and the new Thundercats.

Same here. Only I've decided to only watch one season at a time. Like if the show was still around. I'll give it the proper breaks, and hopefully that will last me 10 years until they try to do Smallville again somehow.

I'm going to wait until I have the show on blu-ray before I go through it again. According to tvshowsondvd.com, season 10 may not come out until November 8th.

I don't mind ksite love them for there news and articles, and triplets reviews. Plus only go to there boards for episodes. So I don't have issue with them.

I like Craig's site, as it's the best place for new info.

I do however loath the forums and the people it seems to attract.

Just out of curiosity, because I have never visited the K-site forums, what's so bad about them? Is it the people?

Yeah, the people there are terrible and mean. They care more about the stupid ships than the actual story. Everyone there was a Chloe/Clark shipper. Not to mention the Chlois fanatics, people who believed that Chloe is really Lois Lane. I liked the news and spoilers portion of the site but the forums were just terrible.

I do agree there are some nutty fans over there but I usually only just go to the episode threads as episode airs and next day to find ratings news when it first breaks. So I don't bother with all the crazy stuff there.

I post at K-site every now and then. Yeah, a lot of morons there but occasionally you can see some people who are more rational and who have a little love and respect for the show itself not only for a certain character or couple, and who actually are not willing to trash it for every small thing they can think of. Sadly though, these people are so few and far in between. And actually it's like that almost everywhere. In almost every comment board I visited it's been the exact same way. On youtube is the same - there's not a single Smallville video I remember seeing where people don't argue with each other in the comments. And sometimes the Smallville fanbase really annoys me. I'm a Smallville and DC Comics fan, I hate to be lumped in with so many a**holes. Thank god for the Hype though. You guys here rock.

I realize that even the K-Site forums have some pretty awesome people...but there are so many of the morons that you cool guys get buried under people who hate that Lex is coming back because he's not needed while Chloe should be what moves Clark to become Superman.
