I wouldn't say she was that bad (I havent's seen F4, and I don't plan on it any time soon), but she was definitley the least impressive of the cast. The way she delivers a lot of her lines ("You know what happened when a toad gets struck by lightning?") is so annoying at times.

I would. She really didn't convey any of who or what Storm is. She just conveyed Halle Berry in a wig. And for that, they rewarded her with more and more screentime and top-tier billing.

As I said, she was the least impressive of the cast, but I didn't think she was that bad. The role definitely could've gone to a better actress.

I like Halle but Angela Bassett would have made a better Storm. She was my choice when I heard they were making and X-Men film. Angela would have brought a presence to the character that Halle lacked and she probably would have given Storm an African accent unlike Halle.

And lastly Halle Berry was shocking as Storm. I agree that Angela Bassett would have been perfect. And Jessica Alba as Sue Storm is still terrible. Still wished that Rachel McAdams got the role.

Also I do think that Kirsten Dunst is still a lame Mary-Jane. Kate Hudson was silly to have turned down the role only to have starred in a movie that didn't do very well (The Four Feathers). I suppose she still don't regret it though. But I do think she would have been a better choice than Dunst.

The casting in Blade is clearly the best of all marvel films. X-men was ok, although colloussus dsapointed me. ANd i wanted more of a ms marvel than a jean grey, so famke disapointed me slightly. Hugh Jackman is wolverine now, I wasn't convinced until X2, but that was it, ! BUT SNIPES = BLADE!
