Adam Monroe qeustion big spoilers for the end of season 2

He deserves a bigger finale than what they gave him with that. It was so undramatic.

True. He has the potential to be a really great villain but they need to make him more menacing. With Sylar you really get the feeling that he's evil but with Adam not so much. He should have been more dangerous, more manipulative. He needs to be that sophiscated evil like Lex Luther is.
What still amazes me is that they locked him up for 30 years because he was SO dangerous but they could have just killed him instead. Everyone knows a bullet trough the head is enough.

Probably because Linderman and Maurie didn't want him locked up at all, but were able to use their influence to get that instead of execution.

Adam Monroe was one of my favourite characters in season 2. He has great potential, and he has to come back. They can't get rid of a villain like this buried alive.

QUESTION: Why wasn't Adam Monroe being held in LEVEL 5 with all the other dangerous supervillains???

^ I assume he was being held in Level 5 or somewhere close to it. Remember the "Four Months Ago" episode with him and Peter being held captive within the Company?

I'm sure we haven't seen the last of Adam, especially with this season being titled "Villains."

Yes, I know he was held captive by the Company, that's why I asked this question. Adam wasn't in Level 5 because he was in a room directly adjacent to Peter's, which is how they were able to converse.

Level 5 cells appear to be large observation cells with no windows, as was shown in Season 1 when they first caught Sylar. Ted Sprague was also placed in one of these types of cells.

My question remains: If Adam was so dangerous because he was so hell bent on destroying most of the human race, why was he not being held in one of these cells in Level 5 will all the other dangerous supervillains?

I think Level 5 is only for people with dangerous abilities (or abilities that are potentially harmful to people en masse), where as Adam's power can't hurt anyone and Peter wouldn't hurt anyone, so they were kept in New York, that's just what I assumed though.
