Count me in the 'angry they're killing off Quicksilver' group. It's a huge waste of a character and, from the sounds of it, serves only to try and raise the stakes. Because as we all know, you can't do that without killing another character.

Cap never got shafted in the first place. Cap has had the best character development of any character in the MCU as far as I'm concerned.

Now this doesn't make sense. If they are as close as everyone says they are, they wouldn't separate willingly. And why they killed them is kind of irrelevant. How they use it is what counts.

Family split over all sorts of things. Their home country / city gets destroyed in Age of Ultron, the world is changing - they could easily split over changing views. There's so much more you can do with Quicksilver than without him.

That sounds truly awful. I really struggle to see how this adds to Bruce's story (he has been there done that with Betty) and the reason for Widow liking him sounds forced. People are attracted to a nice smile, good sense of humour, cute bum etc. not what is described here! It's also bad to show Bruce being a deserter wanting to leave when so many lives are at risk.

This is 100% Whedon and I understand why a number of reviewers are saying that your enjoyment of this movie depends on how much of a fan of Whedon (and not Marvel) you are.

I think it depends on how bloated this Avengers team is going to get. Its a given that Black Panther and Spidey will probably be featured in the next Avengers film and maybe even Ms Marvel. We could also get GOTG in some capacity being involved. Where will the Winter Soldier be? There's lots of characters in play for Infinity Wars that it makes QS expendable. But who knows, even he could come back with some Time Gem/Reality Gem warping mess.

The fighting debate is pointless to me as that was a part of his development. It's a shame folks overlook this and don't realise why that was intentionally done.

I don't know. I heard that from an audio review from another site. He said WM was crappy and he hated the character.

I think I know who you're talking about. They seemed to dislike Cheadle's delivery of his lines and didn't find him funny.

Everyone just wanted this to be the perfect movie, and it's sort of annoying now. In the Schmoes Know review, Mark Ellis gave it a 4.75/5 and multiple commenters below were like, "Why not 5/5?? " "i'm not excited anymore..." blah blah blah....

Seriously stop worrying about what others thought of it. Who cares about their opinions or reviews of it. Plenty of people might see it and absolutely love it and to them it might be a perfect movie that they love.

This is why I don't care for critics and their reviews, I know what I love and enjoy. If I end up loving the movie that's the most important thing. Could care less if someone else doesn't like it as much or it didn't meet their expectations. That's their problem for them to deal with haha, not mine.

Like I said,many comic book fans will be disappointed in what they will be watching

Is there any other speedster that could be introduced in IW that I dont know of?

There are a lot of reviews out there that absolutely loved it and called it the best Marvel movie yet and came out crying of joy from the theater. Never let others tell you how you will feel watching a movie. Reading reviews is fun, nothing more.

That said, im sure Kingdork had the best of intentions and he doesnt deserve to be told off nor called a troll.

It met my expectations, I loved the movie and I can't wait to see it again tonight. I'm just saying that the only people I know who were disappointed were the people who were expecting the next best thing since slice bread. I'm just giving my two cents.

And then when you kill them off you have people accusing them of racism for killing off the only two non-white superheroes in the franchise. They were NEVER gonna kill Rhodey and Falcon so I don't know why so many people seemed like it was a sure thing.

I don't really see them killing off either of them because they are minority characters. I don't like killing off QS either but like I said, there may be an influx of superpowered characters like Ms Marvel, Spidey, Dr. Strange or even some of the GOTG characters. No matter who they kill off its going to piss some fans off. There's no way around this. I think its clear there will be hero casualties and likely to be more.
