Love it. Ghost Rider is the best thing to ever come out of AoS, so I'm excited to see his origin.

yeah if the ratings keep slipping I'd be down for AoS to be replaced by 'Ghost Rider' next season

Don't forget we get a sneak peak of Doctor Strange during this episode

Which makes me wonder about
that one Marine col and his back that's damaged, wonder if that will tie-in with the Strange movie here?

this clips adds onto my theory of Jeffrey Mace pretending to be a Director of SHIELD and is secretly a Hydra agent with Inhuamn powers

Uhm, he doesn't have to pretend. He was appointed by the President with Coulson's blessing. And what exactly makes you think he's HYDRA?

Personally all I think Mace is hiding is he isn't really Inhuman, just someone who's enhanced

he thinks Ghost Rider is the enemy when actually he's part of Coulson's team with Quake.

To be fair, he doesn't have the full situation on Ghost Rider working with Coulson, only having the fact that GR is a killer (even if he doesn't have the whole story). Having agents from his organization outright working with a murderer can't be good for public image, especially now that they've been relegitimized by America.

First, there is no Coulson's team anymore. It was effectively disbanded at the end of Season One. Second, Quake is a superpowered bank robber. In the eyes of the law she's a wanted criminal. And third, Ghost Rider is a mass murderer. Remember all the crossed bones that represent his victims.

He's not exactly a person S.H.I.E.L.D. should be affiliated with.

yeah, I agree. They have different ways of dealing with situations.

Ohhhh..that's interesting.
I can see him doing something like that to make people who hate the Inhumans be okay with it if a guy Running Shield is the Director AND Chosen by the President

Come on, it should be obvious. Mace is actually Grant Ward in disguise.

Agent Carter season 2 tie in!
