Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents of SHIELD: double agent

Hi!
I take some space to this weird project linked to the show. Ok: it's not well done, not funny at all, not ...everything but can reveal some hint to the future of the show. Let's analyze and search for good stuff.

1: the guy

Who is he/it? don't remember anyone with that face, nothing familiar. Maybe it's the render of the absorbing man? will he return?

2: the belt

anyone recognize it? have some correspondence with a comic book item in particular?

3: the new patch

Why this new logo is important enough to be highlighted? I don't remember ALL the Shield logos in the MCU but this seems new for the show. Maybe the Coulson's SHIELD finally step out of shadows?

It does look very similar to Steve's first shield so that would be Peggy or Phil.

It'll be interesting to see when and how they adopt the new SHIELD shield, and whether it replaces the roundel moving forward. (Which likely means that it'll appear in the title and end cards at that point)
