AH! Why did they have to do the eye injection thing? I hate those and I have to have another next week. Seeing Akela jam that needle in her own eye gave me hideous flashbacks. But it was a neat way to show how hardcore she is. (I couldn't look!)

Honestly glad to have less MCU references this episode. I do like them because it makes it feel even more connected but I only caught one so far. The shows starting to stand on it's own a bit

LOL even in Russian Ward is a stiff. That was the funniest scene of the show so far my sides are blasted.

Zod... I hope we get confirmation that HYDRA is still active soon. Or would they tie that into CA:TWS and thus wait for the release date to do that in the show?

BTW I have no problem with humor on the show. I actually like the light humor of the MCU. Ward's seduction moment was genuinely funny.

Apparently more compassionate or has a different personality post New York. I don't get a LMD feel from why he's back anymore but I haven't a clue how he's back.

Decent episode. Cliche story but executed well with some really fun bits (seduce him, lmao) The cast chemistry is getting really good, even Ward can stick around. For now

Agreed. Last week's episode was good, but this one was far better. The script was a little heavy on the humor, but when it was more serious it was great.

Amazing episode. And next week looks like a winner as well. I think something is inside of Coulson. She could still see through things with the detonated eye right? Guessing that's what she saw. Also why she specifically said something they did to him.
