I've been seeing confling info in tonight's premiere. Is it on at 9:00 or 8:00?

Not sure why there's anything conflicting. It's airing at 9 pm after the finale to Legends of Tomorrow.

Saw a few online articles saying tonight's premiere was 2 hrs starting at 8:00, obviously incorrect if Legends is at 8 but .IS it a 2 hr premier or just the standard 1hr episode?

I thought it was odd that they moved up LOT to the 8 (even though Flash is on break)

is this going to be the regular time spot for iZombie? is this season only going to running between LOT seasons since their final is on tonight

or is LOT getting moved again when it comes back
