If Ra's is obsessed with getting rid of Oliver's identity then why is Oliver in League of Assassin garb fighting alongside Flash, Oliver's friend, against the Reverse Flash in Central City in an upcoming episode?

I'm guessing he goes back to normal in the next episode. The Flash episode where Oliver goes to Central City takes place in 2 weeks so there's enough time for him go back to his normal self.
