All Saints Day

After waiting for years to hear the news below, I gave up on my hope to see a sequel to Boondock Saints. It was in this "realization" that I stopped looking for news about this unmade movie. Well, it would appear that accepting defeat was the wrong choice, because Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day is in postproduction (having wrapped filming this past december). I'm so freaking excited about this flick. Here's a list of the major cast:

Sean Patrick Flanery - Conner McManus
Norman Reedus - Murphy McManus
Billy Connely - Il Duce
Judd Nelson - Concezio Yakavetta
Peter Fonda - "The Roman"
David Della Rocco - Rocco (I would assume appearing in flashbacks)

Detectives Greenly, Duffy, and Dolly also return.
Wilhelm Dafoe will be sadly missed, however.

Show some love for the Saints!

Me too. Though, I have seen the production diary and Q&A videos. The "brothers" look good, nearly as if 10 years has not passed at all since the last movie.
