Of course, they are rushing it and yes, their main purpose is to make money, not tell a good story, or that's at least second, but that is where they are so blind. They just want to get to the Justice League, that's all, but will it be as successful as Marvel's cinematic universe? They did make sure they told good stories.

I very much want to write the many things I find wrong with this paragraph but I feel my thoughts would be wasted as rationalism seems to be lacking in you.

Ha. I remember when we were saying that in thread 120

It's kind of hard to say BvS lacks a quality story when........when don't even have an official synopsis yet.

I assume we won´t even have the official soundtrack in the trailer.

These are all brilliant input guys. Man...clearly we should be the ones in charge of mending these film. WB always ruins them when it
so simple.:o

Deer WB,

Just saw da creditz for BvS: DOJ, and I must say, I am pissed! Y u put Ben Affleck's name before da Cav-El's? Just cause Mr. Affleck is a two time Oscar winner who has had top billing in numerous films over the years, you think you can put him ahead of the guy whose biggest accomplishment before Superman was being second fiddle on The Tudors? The movie is doomed to failz as you clearly don't understand that a Superman movie must have Superman as top billing. Even when Batman is sharing the title.

To see how to do things right, please refer to the movie poster for the original 1978 Superman: the movie, in which little know Superman portrayer Marlon Brando was put in top billing over that dude from the Godfather, Christopher Reeves.

Signed,

Da Fanz

It's "Reeve", and I agree with you. Marlon Brando and Gene Hackman's name came before the main title, but they put "starring" (like the old days) then Christopher Reeve.

Or Chris Reeve was between Brando with Hackman and Starring Ned Beatty if I recall correctly. Regardless, Reeve's name followed after Superman.

After that, you saw Chris Reeve's name come up front.

We go through a thread a week. With news it's almost 2 threads a week. Part 151 it'll hit.

Question: the credits list, where did that come from?

Marvel makes sure they tell good stories every time. *hides Thor: The Dark World and Iron Man 2* :o

I have to say... I love seeing the poster/website credits to a film. It somehow makes it more tangible. Is that weird?

Anyway, some observations:

1.) While Christopher Nolan's name is listing as an executive producer, I found it weird that there was no mention of Syncopy Films Inc. I assumed Nolan's limited involvement was due to his (and Emma Thomas') company getting a bit of a financial bump/exposure, but I guess not.

2.) Of course Ben Affleck gets top billing. He's an A-list star, playing BATMAN (in Batman v Superman) and no doubt getting the biggest paycheck anyway.

3.) Holly Hunter has to be playing someone significant (more than just a general of some kind). I'm still putting money on Leslie Tompkins.

4.) Very interesting that they haven't credited Junkie XL for his (upcoming) contributions to the film. Perhaps they don't know if they'll like his material as of yet.

5.) There's alot of co-producers names I've never heard of before.

6.) No Jon Peters (at last)... but interestingly, no Michael Uslan or Benjamin Melniker listed either.
