Oh Tyrese... :o

Posting again for the new thread...

Do you guys think that they'll start showing us more of the "Dawn of Justice" part with the next trailer, or do you think they'll still keep focusing on the "Batman V Superman" part for now?

Personally, I think they'll definitely do that with the SDCC footage. They'll show Wonder Woman and possibly the other villain (Doomsday?). Hopefully we'll also get some of that in the first full trailer.

EDIT: BTW... That line doesn't sound like Cavill at all. At least to me it doesn't.

Tomorrowland.

It occurred to me for a moment, but for some reason I believed it opened in less than two weeks ago.

Anyway, you certainly have a point about negative aspect of keeping it mysterious. They should find a balance between that and giving away too much.

If Tyrese doesn't already have the role then his public campaigning is super duper embarrassing.

Tyrese has surpassed Sean Young level of desperation.

I think Tyrese would be a good John Stewart

@KillerWolf, Yea. It's pretty annoying. It's been annoying actually.

I never found it funny, I hate when actors publicly campaign for roles. It's pathetic and tacky.

Especially because it might actually be seeing how comic con is literally just around the corner and that type of casting is probably already done or is getting very close to being done.

Yeah I agree but you could maybe understand it if say a really talented actor/actress was eager for a role but not if you're Tyrese Gibson. :funny:

Good thing about this, I guess, is that he made it sure that he won't get the role with this behavior.

Who knows, if he wasn't campaigning for part like this, they might have offered him the role. So it's a bullet dodged. :funny:

No sane really talented actor would publicly campaign for a role. You campaign for it in private and let the chips fall where they may.

I have an idea... let WB cast him in "Green Lantern" movie and lead him to believe that he's playing John Stewart. Then in the scene when he's just about to pick up the ring from the ground, an actor that actually does play John Stewart (or Hal Jordan) walks onto the set and picks it up in front of him. They should credit him as "the passenger that almost became Green Lantern".

I still find it hilarious but it has gotten to a point though where I kind of feel bad for the dude if he didn't get the role which makes a part of me hoping he does just so he wouldn't feel bad for his desperate campaigning leading to nothing.

He posts a picture of people from Fast and Furious as superheroes to promote himself as a DC superhero and he uses Vin Diesel as a Marvel character instead of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Tyrese just blew his chances. :o
