In England I'm pretty certain Cavill will end up on Jonathan Ross Show at some point in the first 14 days of June whenever the saturdays are. Good audience Jonathan Ross Show as is Alan Carr Chatty Man

Yeah i'm really hoping he does the rounds. I wonder if any of the rest of the cast might too though.

I really hope Henry Cavill does Alan Carr: Chatty Man... it would be hilarious.

YAY!
Unfortunately no theater around me does ticketing through Fandango.

Imagine he shows up on Charlie Rose.

I love chatty man. I've stopped going out on Fridays now and only do saturdays and Chatty Man keep my friday nights staying in worth it! I'll be transcribing if Cavill turns up! I'm sure he will be on Jonathan Ross though however cz 'Wossy' loves Comic Books so will make sure he has Cavill on the show!

Aww that's cool. I dunno maybe cause we share the Aussie bond but I trust Russell Crowe. He's a no bs bloke. I think this movie is gonna be excellence as he says.

I've been following Russell on Twitter for a bit, and usually his tweets are either talking about his workout routine or promoting his music. I know he made a few promotional tweets around when Les Mis came out, but he is really pouring it on for Man of Steel. He doesn't come off as someone who blows smoke, so this has me kind of excited. Can't wait.

@russellcrowe

Of course there's bias, but I can't help but be encouraged by his tweets. He strikes me as the type of straight talking person who if he believes he's in a bad movie he'd just be quiet about it, rather then mention how good it is regardless.

In anecdotal news: I was hanging out with some friends this weekend, who are by no means nerdy in any way whatsoever, and they couldn't help but tell me how excited they are to see Man of Steel. They were raving at how beautiful the movie looks. Based on their tastes, if they are excited, I think it's a good sign.

Its his job to talk up his new movies and how great they are, regardless of quality. Him saying this doesn't change that one bit. Cut back on the gullibility, guys.

I think the movie is gonna be great but I ain't taking Crowe's comments to heart. Or anyone else who has an invested interest.

Yep, same here. although, He did promote Les Mis similar to Man of Steel, but he has put a little extra effort for Man of Steel. Sounds like he really liked the movie and the acting! also, TV spot 4 is at 949,528! 2 out of 5 TV spots hitting a million (today probably)!

Exactly! called Marketing, and he is marketing his film. Smart if you ask me. I hope it is good, but I will judge that when I walk out of the theater.

It seems Russell has been the only one truly promoting this film :funny: wheres the tweets from diane lane?!

Russell Crowe talking up MOS reminds me of the story about Jack Nicholson at the 1989 Academy Awards talking up Batman and word spreading fast that night about him saying how big of a hit it was going to be that really caused an inside buzz within the hollywood crowd.

IF there is an after credit scene, I'd like to see one of two scenarios:

1. Dr. Hamilton ( or a no-nonsense henchwoman type ) walks into an office, carrying a briefcase. A figure stands by the window, looking out over Metropolis, his back towards us. Dr. Hamilton or Mercy puts the briefcase on the desk and opens it, revealing an ominous green glow. He/She says, "Mr. Luthor, we've found it." Cut to the man as he smiles a devilish smile.

2. The camera pans in towards a piece of Kryptonian tech. could be Kal-El's ship, a part of Black Zero, or one of Zod's robot army soldiers ( if they are still in the movie ). The piece of tech activates and forms the Brainiac symbol across it's interface.

Call me gullible I don't care. I trust Crowe here. I mean I'd already made up my mind this was going to be a good film. It's just how good. I'm pretty much certain that's what everyone here is thinking at the moment.

@russellcrowe

Awww

And to think he gave Henry his first acting advice when he was just a kid :woot:

I like this tweet, he's just saying that Henry's life is gonna change completely after june 14th. I guess it's a great thing to witness when a young boy asked your for advice 13 years ago and is about to become a big star 14 years later.

143 min will please people. That's the sweet spot, I think.
whats really going to be funny is how nobody notices if its 2hours and 10 minutes without credits and they still enjoy the movie perfectly fine .

He won't be on Jonathan Ross it finishes on Sat

The movie could be the next Catwoman and Crowe would tweet about how awesome it is. That's just the truth.
