For Superman, it was definitely that 1-5, 1-6, 1-7 main hook that we first heard in the final trailer. Thing is, that's pretty much all there was in some form or another, and then what felt like filler stuff here and there. BB seemed more like even fewer actual melody notes but a lot of mood and atmosphere....waves and tuff. But overall, I like Zimmer's main 'score', even if I found the overall movie score merely serviceable.

I had actually thought someone else would come up with a new Batman theme. That was before BvS was announced. I assumed we would've gotten a new Batman in his own solo film first. I also assumed he would've been younger. But, nope. t:

I can't recall you having any specific info others didn't have at the same time. most of your posts are ambiguous.

see there is is again. lack of specificity. the best I can recall is your news that the release date was being pushed back when your friend said he was being sent home. which came at the same time the trades were saying the same thing.

I have this growing suspicion that the inevitable Justice League movie after BvS will NOT have Green Lantern or The Flash in it, for multiple reasons.

They'll want to save these characters for later (sequels).
It's something to look forward to (sequels).
The bad taste left by Green Lantern (2011).
The Flash has his own TV show, and they might not want to confuse the audience with two different actors.

So, since BvS is laying the groundwork for the relationship between Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, the Justice League movie will already have its Core-3 members... In my mind, a full league for the first JL movie after BvS could look something like this:

Superman
Batman
Wonder Woman
Martian Manhunter
Cyborg
Aquaman (a stretch, but it's possible)

I think we may be over-thinking what is "essential" in the Justice League, because really, characters like Green Lantern and Flash are NOT absolutely mandatory. I think WB will skip them for now. They can make potentially MORE money down the road with a fresh, new sequel that gives us GL and Flash.

Hell, a lot of Justice League of America teams throughout the history of the comics don't even include Batman or Superman, so I'd say the JL movie has a lot of options. They'll obviously include Bats and Supes, but anyone else is up for grabs, really.

Im firmly believing that the Rock has been hinting that he will play Black Adam and therefore I think we will be seeing Shazam with the league. Having the Billy Batson character can bring in an even more relatable character for kids who want to be heroes and the New 52 has really been pushing him a lot (he replaced Aquaman in the animated JL movie 'War'). Not to mention that WB has had a Shazam movie in development for a while now.

Either way, the filmmakers seem to be sticking with their guns on this being a MoS sequel, so it stands to reason Supes would get top billing.
