I'm not going to tell you what to get excited over, but I think the historical importance of this meeting on film is more than enough for a fan to get excited. Regardless of how you felt about MOS.

Yes. I didn't like MOS, but this is beyond all things in the world. It looks so good. Affleck's on board. Terrio's on board. WONDER WOMAN'S DEBUT.

There is going to be lots of vs in the lead-up to Batman v Superman. Even the Court of Owls loosely adapted animated movie is going to be called Batman vs Robin.

You know, the funny thing that I realized while watching the CC teaser is that it's only when Henry's Superman shows up on screen that people start screaming like crazy. I was actually expecting to hear a LOUD ruckus as soon as Ben's Batman appeared on screen. I mean you would think by the audiences' noise alone that this teaser was revealing that Superman was going to appear in Batman's film if Batman was the one that had a film just recently and not Superman.lol

Just watched the leaked footage.

Have to say I love that they've scaled back the ultra real look of MoS at least for this teaser. This looks alot more like Watchmen I think, which is no surprise as Larry Fong is back.

I think the ultra real look worked for MoS as it was a story about an alien amongst us in our world and the juxtaposition of the alien landscape of Krypton to the fields of Kansas and the streets of Metropolis.

But this is a film about an alien, a vigilante and an warrior goddess. It should rightfully have a different visual tone.

I like the music also. The beating drums. Simple yet evocative.

The glowing white eyes, might just mean that the regular suit has lenses also...

Yea, I'm not sure what there is to be worried about. To each his/her own.

I think the TDKR influences will begin and end with the armor/the two heroes fighting briefly.

I think you make good points. People are right to feel the way they do, and if somebody is wary, I think that's perfectly valid.

I made this point earlier. I think it also shows that Snyder gave Superman an awesome entrance. People shouldn't worry about him making Batman the dominant figure and leaving Superman wimped out.
