So most screenings are saying full now, but my pass mentions the theater intentionally overbooks and seating is first come, first serve.

I guess this only means I have better odds than I thought? I've never been to one of these. Going to the Dallas one.

Tracking numbers can be interpreted in 10 different ways by 10 different trackers. These numbers just let a studio marketing team know where they should concentrate their final marketing push - marketing budgets are limited even though they are huge, tracking numbers helps studios focus that budget in the final weeks leading up to release.
