Just listened to Meet The Movie Press. Jeff Sneider (who broke Nicole Kidman offered WW story) asked guest Justin Kroll of Variety why he didn't back up story and Kroll said he felt that it would be very difficult in terms of scheduling for Kidman to leave her HBO show "Big Little Lies" to do it. Sneider thinks since Kidman is producer she could re-schedule HBO show but Kroll said HBO are tough, other actors have had it tough rescheduling with HBO. But the offer to Kidman for WW is out there.

Pretty sure they altered the schedules for Boardwalk Empire so Michael Shannon could do Man of Steel.

Sneider believed they could do it but Kroll was talking about how many deals HBO killed for their actors because of scheduling.

I'm sure they could work around her schedule, I suspect they won't shoot the HBO miniseries until sometime next year anyway, they could easily film all the Hippolyta scenes first since Kidman is already in London plus Hippolyta won't be a huge role anyway.

It doesn't sound like her involvement is signed sealed and delivered so I will continue to use "if" when talking about her. The story did say in talks.

wow, so ...Steve Trevor exists during WW 1 period in this movie, not a fan of this direction they are taking but at the same time I am surprised to see how different it looks !
