It just hit me the other day that it's been almost a year waiting for issue #2. Is it really suppose to be out this April?

Wasn't too sure. That is nuts! I laugh when I think of how it said Now onto the big fight, or however it was said, I got all excited thinking I'd be reading it the next month. Here I'm still waiting.

Issue 2 came out months after 1, and three never came out. The writer was interviewed by Wizard, and he promised he'd finish the series.

Jack Cross isn't late, it's probably just never coming out. The book was put on hiatus after 4 (I'm pretty sure number 4 mentions that) and, from what I understand, Ellis was so unhappy with his experience that he no longer has any wish to continue writing it.
