It's way more likely that RDJ was talking about doing reshoots for CW. Every MCU film has had scheduled reshoots/pickups.

How much of the film do you guy think takes place in the U.S.?

Of the stuff we've seen only the meeting with Ross at the Avengers base seems to take place in the U.S.

All of the big fight scenes we've seen in the trailer seem to take place in Germany and Lagos.

We know they go to London at some point (presumably for Peggy Carter's funeral).

I think it's VERY unlikely that Spidey gets involved in any fight outside of the U.S.

They're going to be filming Infinity Wars for 9 months in Atlanta starting late 2016. RDJ's furniture along with the wife, kids, cats and chef will be taking another long trip. t:

My suspicion is Iron Man will call him kid and Captain America will start with Spider-Man, but, if he earns his trust, will call him Spidey in the heat of action. Basically, he will put him on a level of mutual respect while Iron Man will put him down without meaning any harm by it.

Anyways, Cap and Tony will probably call him "hey kid", or "hey whatsurname."
