Yeah, I lol'd at that point. Nice to see little bits of humour here and there.

Also, did anyone else think the tentacles/arms on the giant snake/worm thing looked a bit like Dock Ock's arms? Not saying that is Ock (I hope not at least), but who knows, maybe they're using some of his tech as well?

I asked Dee if we will have a variety of animations(which we've heard) but I hope it's really vast. Here's hoping that this is NOT THE ACTUAL TRAILER they were planning on releasing! I want to see more concrete footage than what we just got.

Idk though.....It is very short. And guys remember the video says : Behind the Web or behind the scenes. And none of the other videos had talking from the producers. I think it will be a new trailer. If I'm wrong ok but I think that we will get a trailer more like the previous trailers. That wasn't actually a trailer....

Damn, that's is the shorter trailer of the game, yet the most exciting one. Web Rush looks AMAZING, and it looks like its more complex than just hitting a button and enjoy the ride. When crossing Times Square, it looked like you can choose the path to the objective, and it looks incredible. Also, in the Rhino fight, there are a LOT of options, not just fast ones. And the graphics are great for an open world game, especially Spidey and the lighting.

I think I'm loving the game even more, awesome.

However....I hope that he has more of a variety of movement than just jumping and twirling every time. That will make it boring after a while. The cool thing about spidey was he would do a flip then jump sommersault and then land. I hope it has depth and get even more badass as the game progresses.

The web rush was noted to have upgrades as the game progresses. Still, we only saw a brief amount of the web rush in action and you can always mix up the web rushes with swinging too. The best part about it, is being able to move Spidey with great precision and accuracy and it's something that has been missing from past Spidey titles.

The city looks really alive, too. There are people and cars everywhere. That puts one of my worries to rest.

The environment looks great...that one shot of Times Square was very busy looking. There were plenty of cars, people, buses, etc. This game is shaping up nicely. t:

I'm glad I could help you out. The conversation I had with the Gamestop employee definitely helped me out. I wish I could have recorded it so I could show everyone here how it went...his enthusiasm over the demo footage he saw was extremely palpable.



Awesome. This was stated by Dee several weeks ago but it's great to get further confirmation.



A new PS3 game is $60 and a new 3DS game is $40...that's not much of a difference. IMO, the extra $20 just for the free roam feature alone is more than worth that amount. I can see wanting to have a copy of the game for the 3DS so you can play Spidey on the 'go' but I can't see just buying that copy as my only copy especially knowing the best feature of the game is not included. Eh, whatever. To each his or her own, in this case.

Actually, there was a price drop for both the 3DS and DS versions. I thought it was a sale at the time, so that's why I pre-ordered them both. They were both $10 off, so I was able to get both for less than what I would have paid just for the PS3 or XBOX versions. It does make a difference because there's a whole lot of things I could get for less than $60. Don't know about you, but I'd rather get multiple games for less than $60 than pay $60 just for one game. Surprised the 3DS won't have free roam though cause I read somewhere on here that it's supposed to have most of the same levels at the console version. But like I said, I can live without free roam, and I would only buy the PS3 or XBOX versions if I had my own PS3 or XBOX, then wait for a price drop, or if I have money to burn.
Edit: And it's a good thing I pre-ordered too cause they just raised the price for the DS version by $5.

When he talks about bosses it shows Rhino and then someone else. Who do you think that it? It is a skinny guy and it looks like there a holograms or projections of him/her accross the room. Its a 1:03 of the video. Kinda looks like something Mysterio would do, but i doubt its him.
