Amazon's lightning deal is confusing and annoying. I placed an item on my cart and the discount wasn't showing up at the checkout. After 30 minutes and several conversations with people from India, I discovered that the discount only shows up in the invoice. That makes no sense. It should be on the checkout as well. So, all that headache to save $3. :argh::csad::o

Has anyone else encountered issues with Amazon's Cyber Monday deals?

the lightning deals only hold over in your cart for about 15 minutes or so. if they expire before you're done shopping, you'd have to go back and reselect it. i think that's to ensure no one is holding onto deals and not getting them

I know. There's even an icon that pops up to remind you of how much time you have left. The problem was that the discount wasn't showing up at the checkout. For whatever reason, it only shows up at the invoice.

You could have just gone through the check out to make sure. The discount will show before you submit your order.

Just bought Batman: Under the Red Hood for $3. :o

The Blu-Ray is about to sell out.
