In his recent Joe Fridays, Quesada hints that at least one ongoing may come out of Annihilation, when all is said and done.

So, which cosmic character do you think deserves a shot at the big time? Which one would you definitely support?

I wouldnt mind ANY of them, to be honest, but i gave Nova my vote.

I just feel that right now, his is the story that needs telling the most, what with the responsibility of the Worldmind, restoring Xandar, and all...

I just loved the Nova mini so far, its easily the best of the bunch. And Silver Surfer is one of my all time favorites, and his series has been great, especially that last page of the last issue. I really couldnt get into SUper -Skrull or Ronan, I really didnt care for them much. Quasar, im one of the few that loves Quasar and he looked pretty damn badass last issue in Nova. Id love to see him around more. Drax and Cammie have potential to be great. I really like the Drax character and Cammie is good comedic relief. If I had to choose one, it be Nova though.

Nova has been very cool. There's a lot of potential there, with the right creative team in place.

You dont like Super Skrull though? I thought his getting betrayed last issue was very "space opera" and the person responsible was a big surprise...

What do you think of the Surfer re-joining Galactus as his herald?

I don't know if I'd support any one of them as a separate. I'd prefer it if it was some kind of team book or a sort of "anthology" where we would get different tales from different characters. I'm not a GL fan but I've got to say that the GL Corps comics has certainly been very good and I wouldn't mind Marvel having a comic with that sort of dynamic.

I have to see how it plays out. It seemed more like two people who dont like each other having to team up for the common good, because you may think othersie but Galactus isnt really a villain. I just hope he wont be back looking for planets for him to consume, it seems more than that.

I picked other because I simply couldn't decide between Surfer and Nova...I think I'd support both.....

....any idea if any of the 4 mini is doing significantly better numbers than the others?....would seem that may serve as a clue which Joe was considering?

Silver Surfer is on top, followed by Nova, Super-Skrull and then Ronan not far behind.

I cant wait for the actual Annihilation mini series!

I guess all these characters will be teaming up...

Nova, Surfer, Drax, and QUasar. Hell, Super Skrull would be fun too.

I really wish Marvel would stick with this and Planet Hulk after they are over. Its been so great to read some fun stories in Space for once.

Nova would probably work bestm, if it had plenty and plenty of guest stars. To make it feel like a universal book.

I really think the Nova, Quasar, Drax and Cammie grouping can flow easily into a ongoing. Heres what I would like to see.

1. A Nova and Silver Surfer ongoing.
2. What I mentioned above.
3. An Anthology book that follows all the main players and their stories after Annihilation. Like how 52 focuses on 6 characters, like that.

I voted for Nova, as I'm enjoying the heck out of it. Considering DC's scoring a lot out of the Green Lanterns, that title could be a good counter. Plus, Nova could always intermingle with other space characters, much as Drax and Quasar are piggbacking as supporting characters on his own book.

Everybody give Quasar a round of applause for cutting his hair.

I voted Super Skrull, because I'm surprised how much I like the title. All of them really. But SS snuck up on me, maybe because they made him sympathetic. I wouldn't want to read an ongoing if they turned him into another anti-hero, like Venom. But I think some good stories could be told if you let him be a little vengeance crazed because of his son.

Everyone should look their best before they die.*

That's true, it was good seeing him lose his "bad 90's CAPTAIN PLANET-esque mullet". A round of applause it is.
