Annoyning Windows Explorer problem. -_-

Ugh, as you can see the picture background has gone from the sweet milky white to annoyning orange alike color all the sudden. Does anyone how how to resolve this problem? I tried to check the "fix" button on pictures, but those are just for the picture itself and not the background which is the problem. >_< Anyone know what to do?

Looks white to me. Must just be another of Vista's "undocumented features."
