Answers to some unanswered questions (only working satellite, status of Mxy)

I didn't know where else to post this? So mods feel free to move.

But, I just got my SV magazine and read the Green Arrow story attached. It was a great story. And it also answers a couple of questions-

1. Oliver Queen was in Metropolis prior to Dark Thursday.
2. Mikhail Mxyzptlk is out of Level 33.1 and hates Lex Luthor.
3. Molly, the technopath (?), was recruited by Oliver Queen. She was in his headquarters the night of Dark Thursday and she is the one that maintained the technology of Queen Industries!!!

Thus, how does Queen Industry be the only place that had a working satellite on Dark Thursday?

Molly "hacked" into the system and got rid of the virus.

Still doesn't explain the blatant rape of the Mxy character, but I suppose it's something.
