Right after Starscream orders all the con's to move out....they all report in .....Bonecrusher moving out,Blackout moving out,Deveasator moving out.....I cant say that was the exact dialoge but thats when it happened

From the SHH front page:

Transformers producer Don Murphy has explained on his message board why we haven't heard any official Transformers 2 news:

For those of you most anxious about TRANSFORMERS 2, the silence you hear is primarily because people are fretting about a presumed strike in June 2008. Will it happen? I don't know- does the public care about strikes anymore in this day and age? What do rich people have to strike about anyway? I don't have any side here (you hear about the writers and the Producers but that actually means the STUDIOS) I just think stopping work is kind of pointless. But since no one wants to be filming IF a strike happens, everything needs to be done filming by the end of May 2008. So this is affecting the lack of news about Transformers 2 at least for now. Stay tuned.

They need to wait this out-- better to wait than to do a rush job and have it turn out badly.. hopefully the studio will not try to rush-job this.. just be content with the cable, pay per view, and DVD revenue for now..

I got the same information from 3 different sites:

1.The Internet Movie Database (IMDb)
2.Seibertron.com
3.TFW2005.com

Heres a link to the IMDb article on it:

Rumors=/=fact. All those soruces print/post rumours first, facts second. The RUMORS and only rumors for TF2 is Unicron, Dinobots, and Constructicons. There are almost no facts about any TF sequel. Other than that Bay, Shia, and Peter Cullen signed on for 3 movies.

It wouldn't be that hard to bring back Bonecrusher. Or they could creat a new sixth member or reduce the number to five.
It's pretty much a sure thing that any combiner Devastator won't be 6 bots, 4 or 5 max.

ULTRA MAGNUS? doesn't he look too much like OP, especially in vehicle mode? and magnus seems to be one bland character compared to OP or even RP. in the blur of action, we wouldn't be able to distinguish between the two--unless Bay adds a different touch to magnus, and Bay has been known for being not that faithful to original characterizations.
Traditionally he has looked a lot like Prime. But that's because the original toy (armoured Convoy) WAS Prime for all intents and purposes. But he doesn't have to be.

For example RiD Prime (red fire truck) and Magnus blue/white car carrier).

Notice how they look nothing a like.

so wait how were armoured convoy and convoy in the same story like in the movie

I don't care about seeing Constructicons; one being we already saw Bonecrusher and Devastator(which was ba, imo, during the final battle) and two, there shouldn't be a Decepticon that's stronger than Megatron.

From the HYPE main page:

"I've been led to believe that there is going to be two more that I know of," - Peter Cullen

Grammar isn't one of his stong suits, is it?

ok the problem with combiners is sometimes their mind gets messed up so he cant be stronger than megatron and technically devestator is 6 transformers in 1

What would their combined mind being messed up have to do with their strength???????

They like to kick themself sometimes, seriously though there fight patton is inconsistant, therefore they are not very reliable.

Their ablity or in-ablity to use that strength in battle doest take away from their strength level. In other words, no mater how inconsistant or reliable they are in a fight do to any mental defects of the combining prosses should not change their strenght level....only the popper use of that strenght.

Another reason why we shouldn't see Constructicons; no way do I wanna see ******ed Transformers, lol.

well ok i guess devestator is stronger but if they got in a fight id vote for megatron. and remember megatron in the movie was very strong and pretty big. so i think megatron could easily be stronger than devestator in the next movie but maybe not

Constructacons Form Devastator and Devastator was already in the movie. He was the tank.

".... when its not you turn." -- Mcnulty

Your wrong. I heard somewhere that he wasn`t meant to call himself that and it was a brief mistake in the film.

greenknight.

Sorry to tell you but your wrong. The tank was called Deverstator.........the story that it may have been a mistake is only a rumor that has not been proven, and is highly unlikely.

1.st of all to believe its a mistake you have to first acsept the fact that the writters arent fans of Transformers....witch they are.

2. You would also have to believe that all the production people didnt catch the mistake before the film was released.I really dont think that all those people were that incompetant.

3.rd You would also have to believe that Bay didnt pay attention to the intro of the big action scene when he was editing.....and that both Bay De,Santo [head producer] didnt catch the mistake when they got their private viewing weeks before the film was released.

4.th Bay and the other's involved where talking for some time before the film was released that we would see a tank in the movie that had a connection to a combiner team.....Ofcourse most fans assumed that it would be Brawl [from Bruticus] but when question further De,Santo said something like well???? and again we assumed that he was just trying to mislead us.

5.th If it were a mistake why didnt Bay have it fixed for the DVD release??????????All the fan's were demanding that he change it for the DVD.

Thats way to many things to assecpt to believe it was a mistake.

Most likely it was this........Bay hate's it when he's told how to make a movie. He hated that the choice to cast the voice of Optimus Prime was taken away from him.He fought those incharge above him on this film for the right to chose someone other then Frank Welker [G1 ] or David Kaye [Beast Wars] to be the voice of Megatron.

He also refused to allow Peter Cullen [Prime] to also do the voice of Ironhide like he did in the original G1 cartoon.

Bay also chose an other member of the team that forms Deverstator [The Constructions] to be in the film and killed him off too....Bonecrusher.Why would he do unless he intended not to use the team?????Thats two name's from the team that he already used up.

My guess is that useing those names was Bays way to insure that he not be "TOLD" witch characters to use in his 2nd film.

Its a well knowen fact that Bay is very manipulative.........look how he tryed to manipulate the studio when they announced that they were only going to release the film on standerd DVD and HD DVD.He stated publicly that if they limited the film to only HD DVD and no Blue Ray release that he would in no way return to direct a 2nd film.

Paramont didnt back down and now Bay has changed his mind and is doing the 2nd film.

He named the tank Deverstator on purpose....it was no mistake.

Devastator, or another name for the constructicon's merged form, SHOULD be stronger than Megatron if he is in it. I dont really agree with the idea that every sequel has to step it up like Raimi thought when he made super Sandman into a godzilla, but it definently would be interesting if the new threat was more powerful than Megatron. It doesnt have to be that no one should be more powerful than Megatron just because Megatron is sweet.
