Any updated info on the voice cast?

Other than Mako as Splinter, and the voice of Casey Jones, there is no other cast members listed on the IMDB listing for the movie. is there any word on the complete cast? I know they are not using a lot of big names, but i could have SWORN i heard Matthew Broderick in there somewhere.

No and it's kind annoying that we are about 3 months to release and we still don't know anything beyond that.

All we know is that the turtles are career voice actors that don't do the current series.

It's ridiculous. If they were big time celebrities that's what Warner Bros would be marketing the movie around. Just like all the other CG animated movies that feature big movie star voice casts.

I never said big time celebrities. Just perhaps they are a surprise.

So far, all the voices are pretty unrecognizable.

I'm somewhat mixed about that.

Chris Evans as Casey = crap.

Gellar as April? Hm, not sure, might work, might not.

Zhang Ziyi as Karai. I really don't see the point in casting Ziyi in a role for just her VOICE. Especially when English is like a 2nd/3rd language for her.

Stewart works because he's done a lot of this before, he's actually a very experienced voice actor and does these roles well. Jimmy Neutron, Animal Farm, and some more animation I'm sure.

But yeah, I think Evans as Casey Jones is pretty terrible. I doubt Elias Koteas would've been too hard to find.

Gellar as April? I ****ing hate Gellar. The rest of the cast is fine to me. Evans as Jones seems a little off, he doesn't strike me as being Casey material but I'm sure I'll be surprised...though they should have gotten Elias.

I'm very pleased about the voice cast since I like or love all the people mentioned.

I am concerned about Karai's voice...I though Zhang's English in Memoirs of a Geisha was horrible...

According to that article, the TMNT themselves are all unknowns. Which I like.

The more news I hear about this movie the more I want to see it now. This movie is going to go off the roof for TMNT fans. Very good news indeed considering that no celeb are voicing the turtles because I have a very hard time picturing anyone.

Hmm ... So far, I don't really have a problem with the voice cast. True, Evans does seem a bit off when it comes to voicing a character like Casey Jones, but I would theorize that maybe theres something the producers feel may be a more satisfying to general audiences with Evan's interpretation than what we have seen in the past. And I honestly don't have a problem with Gellar as April, even if I am admitedly not a fan of hers. So basically, so far so good.

I wouldnt say hiring Ziyi is stuntcasting I would say the general public(me included) likely have no clue who she is.

I'm worried about Evans b/c I didnt like him in FF4.
I'm surprised yo mentioned Elias for Casey though since he must be pushing 40 now and they're pushing for a more youthful version.
