Well, rewgularly but not frequently. He needs one injection every year.But he has to get it on time, or the rapid cellular degeneration I spoke of takes place.

No, Natasha was injected with the Russian Government's atempt to recreate the super soldier formula. Now, the Infinity Formula was an atempt to recreate the Super Soldier formula, but as I've said the effects are not permanent and the withdrawls are life threatening. Natasha got a permanent fix.
