Are you sure about that? There was a petition to get him into Spidey 3, why would they do that if he was already in SM-1?

Thomas Jane has admitted that it was him in 2. He turns around to watch MJ run through the park and there's no denying that it's him. As far as Nick Hammond being in 1, I never caught that, but I will definitely check it out. Cool pop trivia!

I'm pretty certain it was mentioned in a Dvd extra/ or commentary that it was Hammond he was pulling with his web.

Hammond was in his early 50's when Spider-Man was filmed. That guy who gets pulled with the web is nowhere near 50. Just freeze frame it.
