1. Will he just shove MJ around at some point and yell at her???
2. Will he tell off Aunt May???
3. We know he punches Topher... how much damage will he inflict?
4. Will he kill an ordinary thug out there for the hell of it?
5. Will he be blamed for Cpt. Stacy's death?

I think you can answer yes to all these questions... but the movie is PG 13 so don't expect more than an Anakin Skywalker...

I think Peter gets a bit too rough and ready with MJ when he gets the black symbiote suit and feels frisky. Peter thought the suit would be reliable protection but it wasn't and she gives birth to a little dark Munchkin. Peter blames his co-worker Robbie Robertson and beats him to within an inch of his life.

This ultimatly is when he makes the decision to have it removed. Enter Reed Richards and his sonic gun to remove the suit. (Guest Appearance).

Notice how Arad said we will want him to take it off. The symbiote...will effect Peter, we will want him to take that off to be good Spidey again.

Spidey has to be blamed for Stacey's death at some point. There probably won't be too much violence against MJ (I know, some of us wish there would be). And I don't see Peter going off on Aunt May at all. At least not too seriously. No killing of thugs. But, in the costume, he might scare the living crap out of him (Ultimate Spidey).

I'd said something a while ago that "Venom" might pose as Spider-Man and do "dastardly things" getting JJ and the general public upset at him. Then, he might be involved in Capt. Stacey's death, getting the real Spider-Man in a whole lotta trouble.

That was a great quote from Arad.
It's funny how in the original Spidey Alien saga the suit indeed made him more powerful but NOT neccesarily evil. I think that was a later take on the story.
But this is like the Ultimate and 90's cartoon version of Petes transition it seems. But instead of Ultimate spideys lazy one issue in black we'll get at least 1 hour I'm sure.

Just that little quote from Arad has me more excited for this than Superman.

If he doesn't Spidey is really getting off easy. Granted, we cant have all these people die too close to each other (in movie time). Peter would probably just kill himself. But the deaths of his uncle, Cpt. Stacey, and
Gwen were important points in his life that helped mold him.

Regardless, we need time to fall in love with the Staceys before anything... happens to them.

I mean, with two whole movies to go on, I'm not sure if too many would really miss the Movie Universe's Mary Jane? With so many calling for her death, I don't really think so. (I know I wont cry...)

VERY lazy and in too much of a hurry to bring out Venom. he should have had the black suit for 5 issues at least. Thats why I can't stand Ultimate Spiderman, it's filled with advertising and hardly any story. Takes about 2 mins to read.
I've been dying for a spiderman elseworld style monthly issue where Peter has the alien costume 24/7. Even wizard magazine said they wanted marvel to give him back the black costume for a while.

Oh no. Please no. No unknown evil alter-egos please! I think I'm just about done with that story line. If Peter turns evil, it should be his consious decision to do so (under the influence of the suit of course).

I'd love to see a comic like that too. Suprised they don't do that with all the damn spider-man books they have already.
Peter having the symbiote is the one of the best parts of the Venom story, it's damn near almost as good as Venom himself. Would it have killed Bendis to have peter get the suit, fight off a few villains, then like 6 or so issues later, the real venom arc begins when eddie gets the symbiote.

Until I hear otherwise I'm holding on to my theory that Mary Jane will die (at the hands of Harry or Sandman or both) and Peter will adopt the black suit (along with a more ruthless personality) as a way to cope with her death.

I'm praying all this Venom talk is either the film crew screwing with you guys or (if not) they'll at least develop Topher Grace as Eddie Brock through SM3 and bring in Venom for SM4. I'm very much against Venom appearing in this 3rd movie since I want the Harry/Goblin story at the forefront the way it should be. Too many storylines is a disaster waiting to happen.

the suit is a metaphor for spidey's mental state. So it's not a symbiote it's just to show that this one will be more dark in the personality of SPidey, that he will change his mind of became good to evil or something like that

If it goes the way I would like to see.....

1. Peter starts out in red/blue suit
2. Mary Jane dies...Peter dons black suit to cope...becomes borderline vigilante
3. Somehow by the end of the movie...Peter earns redemption (takes off black suit) and red/blue suit makes re-appearance.
