now, if this is for display purposes only or otherwise is unspecified, but i would definetly buy this if it was wearable, but they have a venom version that is clearly unwearable. anybody have some info?

We make much higher quality (wearable) stuff in there.

I like how on the ebay listings the makers claim they had exclusive access [from sony] to screen used props to make the bust as accurate as possible. Yet everyone in "making the perfect spidey costume" has no, or very limited access to any of that, and it all looks 10x better.t:

meh, i dont know. homemade spidey masks very rarely look legit, or at least bare good likeness to the movie mask which is what im looking for.

No s**t its fanmade, and they didnt get the eys right. i dont know how to describe it, maybe its a part of the placement or size but the eyes just arent right

the reason a lot of fan made stuff doesn't look right w/ the eyes, is because in the movie, the eye's were secured w/ a faceshell, which gave them the perfect curve on the mask.

If you'd read a product description, you'd know that these are scaled replicas. This mask is half the actual size of the real deal and only stands about 5 and a half inches tall.

do you mean the placement or the shape of the frames/lenses?

because from these 2 pics...they look pretty close...
but then again who knows, the face was tilted down in the picture posted by orlando...so yeah it's way off.haha

Depending on the size there's 2 versions, a small scaled down replica at 5.5 inches, there is also (a comic or movie version) of the red mask in full size avaliable (seen it on the Forbidden Planet website)

Whether or not the full size version is wearable im not sure, but i think it may be.
