Are they still following the comics? Cyclops is Immortal!

I know exactly why they killed off the three mutants that were killed off. In class Xavier said that psychics can survive if they transfer their mind to another body, therefore Xavier could still be alive and Jean could still be alive (Jean is also Immortal). If you have read X-Men: The 12 then you would know that Jean Grey and Cyclops are two of the 12 mutants that have the mutant ability of Immortality. Therefore, Jean and Cyclops are still alive or they will come back to life (ressurrect).

How thick can you be? Jeeez. These movies are not the comics!!! They are based on them. They dont follow everything. If they followed everything than the movies would be very very different.
