The Dark Knight Rises Arkyum Asylum Movie

I was thinking if Christopher Nolan does not return for Batman 3 and they get a new director and cast and have a brand new world why not an Arkyum Asylum movie? That could be a great film were Batman has to fight crime in the horror house itself. I mean that been a Batman fanboys dream movie. Have Joker be the main villian of course and have him running wild in the place like in the video game. Have a few of Batman villians in it with flashback scenes of how they got put in the Asylum by Batman. Also have Del Torro direct a type of movie like this. As for the cast I have Joseph-Gordon Levitt as Joker and Sam Worthington as Batman. This movie could definitley be better then The Dark Knight. So what everyone thinks?

*If you get another Joker, dont pick the guy that look sthe most like the last guy
*Let poor Worthington do something other than action movies
*Del Toro can do better than being the 95th guy to direct Batman

I want at The Dark Knight Returns movie first but if they were to make Arkham Asylum and make it alternate to the series we have now I would be fine with it.

I would rather have someone else play Batman, an older, manlier Bruce Wayne.

A different more traditional Joker look. Different actor just because I dont want to imitate Heath or Jack or Ceasar.

A different director with more eccentric directing style, similiar to Burton but still different.

Yeah, SUPERMAX. But that's moving slow and I doubt the characters that the script had in them will be there. And they want to get a solo Green Arrow movie 1st.


SUPERMAX is one of my favorite comic book movie ideas. I like it way more than most of the typical superhero format movies. That's why Arkham is interesting to me and TDKR. I was really interested in the Sups Returns until I saw Lex Luthor for a millionth time. I wanted a physical foe but oh well.

I want a thicker version of Batman. More of big square jawed look for the movie. Less pretty boy, more father figure look.

im not saying joker wouldnt work. if it's set in arkham, then it's a necessity. but 70 years of batman packed into a game, then taking the games plotline into a movie is something i dont wanna see. there's too many characters and such. it would be as packed as spider-man 4 having the sinister six. too many people/too big of a plot into a 2 1/2 hour movie. least for me.

It would not be alot of villians dude. Joker be the main villian then they do some BB/DK stuff with a few minor villians. Like Scarface & The Vantriloiquists, Azriel, Scarecrow, dude who thinks he Zeus, Hush, and White Shark. Thats good amount of villians that can work for an AA film.

It was an example dude that if a horror flick can be mostly in one area like camp crystal lake for example for FT13, Batman can be in AA most of the movie. And Batman can be a horror film. Especially with the rogue gallery he has.
