Helix already said they knew the identities of Mr Terrific and Overwatch, and hinted they probably knew the rest of the team.

I don't remember that. I thought Alena knew of Felicity because of the hacking in her youth.

When did she say she know their secret? If she specified Felicity and Curtis does that mean Helix doesn't know about the rest.

It was when Curtis paid Helix a visit to bring them the scrambler. And she mentioned those two specifically because they were the two who happened to be standing right in front of her. So it doesn't mean she doesn't know the rest and almost implies she probably does from the context of it.

And I just realised this is the thread for the previous episode. It's in "Disbanded".
