My only hope with Lundgren is that the show doesn't try to shoehorn in any sort of Rocky IV references or lines like Chuck did when his character there said "If you die, you die." Or at least make it flow well. When Linda Hamilton said "Come with me if you want to live" on Chuck, for example, that was an eye roll.

It wont be Lance. This is someone trying to frame him. Prometheus having access to the SCPD lockup make me think even more that it is Billy Malone. Perhaps it could be Adrian Chase, if he has access too (that is, if he is Prometheus, in addition to being Vigilante). Billy is most likely Prometheus ATM IMO.

As far as I am aware, the people Prometheus has killed have only hinted via amalgamation at people Oliver killed in season 1, and not names on the list that he didn't kill. If that is the case, he would not need access to the list. He would just need to have watched the news or to have read it in papers or on the internet.

He knows who the Green Arrow is, and what better way to make life difficult for his Mayor alter ego than to frame his Executive Mayor for such terrible crimes. It would blow back onto Oliver, as yet another example of him not being a good mayor for having hired a man with such problems.

You know it's all about pulling Oliver's life apart before Prometheus finally strikes. If he frames Lance, I wouldn't be surprised if he goes after Thea next.

I got a feeling, just from the name Prometheus, it's either

Tommy Merlin, or Olivers father. Some sites are saying it's Arsenal/ Roy, but come on, Prometheus is obviously a big guy.

That parachute out the train reminded me of a scene from Batman Begins. The twist in the end smells like a set up to throw off suspicious like another scene from Batman Begins during Bruce's LoS initiation to throw off Ducard. Besides, Lance isn't that skilled or has the same body build.

Not to say it's lance but a few people have said this and I've got to ask, what skill set?

While people know a Prometheus from the comics (who is different) what has this guy on Arrow done?

He's killed defenceless people with throwing stars and a few cops with the surprise element.
He struggled to fight evelyn, just about getting the better of a 17 year old girl.
He ran from Oliver at first sight.

I'd argue he hasn't done anything Lance couldn't do. So far he's been all smoke and mirrors, theatrics but nothing to say he could fight Oliver hand to hand.

I thought the same thing about Lance. Prometheus killed the entire police convoy, and Lance isn't that good of a archer/ swordsman to do that in a few seconds.
