Its nothing special, it goes from action scene to drawn out story pieces and back again. Its fun but nothing really gets going during the film.

    Its the alien mother ship.

Any one see a Korean film called NATURAL CITY?

Somewhat a tribute and a "re imaging" of BLADE RUNNER, its sometimes a bit confusing (due to the two storylines) but its a great Sci-Fi film.

On another note, I Just bought the APPLESEED DVD (The new one and in a very nice black metallic case  ) The film is good even though the 3D CGI animation is a little hit and miss on the human characters.

I don't think I've watched an Asian film since Maboroshi no hikari (1995), which was phenomenal. Been a couple months anyway.

Toven, youre in Chicago, you could get both ItMFL and 2046 pretty easy, I'm sure. Just go do it:mad:

But see In the Mood for Love, first, cuz it's so incredible.

for some reason, i'm not so sure you'll love it, but its worth a shot, at least

This one is killing me :(

Japanese warrior, wounded and close to death is taken in to a hostel and nursed back to health. The owner turns out to be a Demon/God/Spirit/Whatever and asks in return for him saving his life, he must now kill him (the Spirit).

    Long sword fight ensues.

Whats the name of this damn film? :(

I had watched Three Extremes, Audition and Azumi recently. Three Extremes and Audition where kickass, I enjoyed them both. Was't too impressed with Azumi though.

Yeah, Azumi is sort of, ".....is that all?"

It's fun on it's own terms, but Princess Blade is so much better.
