He only confirmed the intention to release a demo. There was bound to be a demo available at some point. 
At launch? Maybe. They should have enough to show off an early level or section.
Alas, I won't be able to afford a PS3 yet. The demo is wasted on me.

YOu could rent a PS3 for it or whatever, home much does renting a new system usually cost I wonder.
Anyway, the demo WILL without a doubt make its way onto magazines, but being hosted online on PNP or whatever it will be called wouldn't be out of the question.
