At what point do you think Mockingbird was replaced by Skrulls, before Fury left shield? After he left but before Cap was replaced?I have watched Widow's Sting and all the Skrull-related episodes several times and I am still in the dark! can somebody please explain this to me?

The implication I got from "WHO DO YOU TRUST" was that Nick Fury was totally right about the fact that when Hawkeye and Mockingbird were captured by HYDRA and Madam Hydra and split in different cells in "WIDOW'S STING", one of them was replaced with a Skrull. His only error was that he had a 50/50 chance of guessing the right one, and he guessed wrong.

I imagine it happened when they were led to their cells off camera.
