Empire.com has a projected U.S. release date of September 21, 2007. So thats 2 months before.

how would you get a date of November 2006, when filming hasn't even started. That date I believe was the original date before filming was pushed back due to Joile's spawn, Miller not have the Nancy story complete, and some of the hold up is due to Roberts pending divorce. His wife owns half the company.
